Refund Policy for BrokenGlass Designs

1. No Refunds for Services Provided
BrokenGlass Designs does not provide refunds for services that have been rendered and completed.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be considered if the project has not yet started.
3. Refund Process
If a client decides to cancel a project before it has commenced, BrokenGlass Designs will refund the advance payment made by the client.
4. Non-refundable Services
Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued for any services rendered, including but not limited to website designing, consulting, or any other related services.
5. Advance Payment Refund
If the client cancels a project before it has started, the advance payment made will be refunded within 07 working days.
6. Refund Request Procedure
Clients must submit a written request for a refund, clearly stating the reason for the cancellation, to 9962644494.
7. Termination of Project
If a project is terminated by BrokenGlass Designs due to a breach of terms by the client, no refund will be provided.
8. Modification of Refund Policy
BrokenGlass Designs reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.
