Refund Policy for BrokenGlass Designs
- 1. No Refunds for Services Provided
- BrokenGlass Designs does not provide refunds for services that have been rendered and completed.
- 2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be considered if the project has not yet started.
- 3. Refund Process
- If a client decides to cancel a project before it has commenced, BrokenGlass Designs will refund the advance payment made by the client.
- 4. Non-refundable Services
- Once the project has started, no refunds will be issued for any services rendered, including but not limited to website designing, consulting, or any other related services.
- 5. Advance Payment Refund
- If the client cancels a project before it has started, the advance payment made will be refunded within 07 working days.
- 6. Refund Request Procedure
- Clients must submit a written request for a refund, clearly stating the reason for the cancellation, to 9962644494.
- 7. Termination of Project
- If a project is terminated by BrokenGlass Designs due to a breach of terms by the client, no refund will be provided.
- 8. Modification of Refund Policy
- BrokenGlass Designs reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients.
